- Business profile details such as website URL, location, category, competitors, and monitored questions.
- Subscription and billing references such as plan, billing interval, Stripe customer IDs, and payment status.
- Service data such as reports, visibility scores, report history, question changes, delivery logs, and support tickets.
- Technical and usage data such as IP address, browser type, timestamps, session data, error logs, and security events.
- Email and communication data such as support requests, recovery requests, reply metadata, and unsubscribe status.

- To create, operate, secure, and maintain customer accounts.
- To run AI visibility scans and generate weekly reports.
- To process subscriptions, billing, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations.
- To send service communications, including reports, account notices, recovery emails, and support responses.
- To troubleshoot issues, improve the service, monitor usage, and protect against fraud or abuse.

3. Third-Party Providers
We use third-party providers to operate the service, including providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, billing, email delivery, and AI processing.
- Vercel for hosting and deployment.
- Supabase for authentication and database services.
- Stripe for subscription billing and payment processing.
- Resend for transactional email delivery.
- OpenAI and related AI processing providers where enabled for scan generation and analysis.
Those providers may process information on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies.
4. How We Disclose Information
We do not sell personal information for money. We may disclose information:
- To vendors and service providers that help us operate the service.

Passwords are handled through Supabase Auth and are not stored as plain text in the application database. No method of transmission or storage is guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We and our providers may use cookies, local storage, session identifiers, logs, and similar technologies to keep users signed in, maintain security, remember settings, support analytics, and improve product performance.
8. Children's Privacy
AnswerGauge is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that such information has been collected without proper authorization, we may delete it.
9. Your Choices
- You may update certain account information through the customer portal.
- You may request password reset or account recovery through the login flow.
- You may manage billing and subscription status through the customer billing portal where available.
